Lucy Wang, a Beijing native, came to New York in 1992 to pursue a master’s degree. She worked at a Manhattan-based American publishing company for over 10 years. Since 2005, she has specialized in private education consulting. She has visited several hundred research universities and liberal arts colleges in the United States, conducting on-site inspections of over a hundred private day and boarding schools. Over the years, she has consistently attended professional conferences, acquiring the latest admissions policies through various channels.
Lucy has guided and assisted hundreds of students in gaining admission to prestigious private day and boarding schools, as well as top American universities. Her clients include both Chinese families in New York and other states, as well as international students from China. Her precise approach has led to a high acceptance rate for her students at renowned institutions. Lucy is committed to ensuring that each student maximizes their existing skills and abilities through comprehensive improvement. A professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) since 2009, Lucy holds the Certified Educational Planner designation. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s degree in Economics, Lucy is also certified in Career and College Counseling from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). |
